Bryan R Whitlock, M.D.

 Dr. Bryan Whitlock, a native Tulsan, founded Tulsa Plastic Surgery in July of 2000. He completed a General Surgery residency (6 years) at the University of Oklahoma, and a Plastic Surgery residency (2 years) at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He earned his Bachelors degree in Biology at OSU, and his Medical Degree (with distinction) at OU in 1992.
Dr. Whitlock performs all types of cosmetic plastic surgery. He specializes in breast enhancement, body contouring and facial rejuvenation. He preforms several breast augmentations a week, making him a highly sought after breast surgeon. He is known for his incredible knowledge of quick recovery procedures.
Dr. Whitlock is a member of several medical associations both statewide and nationally. He is a member of the Tulsa County Medical Society, Oklahoma State Medical Association, and the American Medical Association. He stays active in continuing education to better serve his patient's needs. Dr. Whitlock also stays up to date on all the latest medical spa procedures so he may direct Reflexion Medical Spa.
Outside of the office, Dr. Whitlock is married to Rhonda Fields Whitlock. He is the proud father of three beautiful daughters, Haylee, Corynne, and Emerey and proud step-father to Amber,Adam, and Ariel. He enjoys activities at his local church, Life Church. Dr. Whitlock also enjoys several different hobbies including lake activities, OSU Sports, dining, wine, and traveling.
Dr. Whitlock's patients attest to his incredible bedside manner, knowledge of plastic surgery, and gift for making people feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. He goes out of his way to encourage patients to become an active participant in their surgical journey. He is always available for patient's questions and concerns and provides them with the information to have a sucessful plastic surgery experience. He is the On Site Medical Director for Reflexion Medical Spa. All medical procedures are based on his extensive knowledge of today's latest technology to improve the body and the appearance. Unlike other medical spas, Dr. Whitlock has direct supervision of all the staff at Reflexion Medical Spa and is on site to assist with their needs.

Rhonda Fields-Whitlock, R.N.

 Rhonda Fields-Whitlock, RN is the spa manager for Réflexion Medical Spa, a division of Whitlock Plastic Surgery. She personally performs and is certified in cosmetic enhancements such as mesotherapy, Botox, dermal filler treatments, lasers, permanent make up, ear and body piercing, skin and acne care, as well as assisting in surgery. She has trained with Bryan R. Whitlock, MD as a private plastic surgery nurse for years at Whitlock Plastic Surgery. She is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses and is an active member of several nursing organizations, both statewide and nationally. Rhonda is also the founder of Aesthetics and You, a company that trains other health professionals in mesotherapy, Botox, dermal fillers, and medical spa sales training. Her enthusiasm and knowledge for plastic surgery, health, and beauty make Rhonda Fields-Whitlock a trusted medical spa professional in today’s competitive and growing medical spa market.

Cynde Payton, Medical Assistant

 Cynde is the medical assistant to Dr. Whitlock and joined his office in September of 2004. She coordinates the clinical aspects of the practice, while emphasizing continuity of patient care from the initial consultation through the post-procedure period. She assists in running the clinic with duties such as patient coordination, pre and post operative teaching, follow-ups, and exams. Cynde also assists Dr. Whitlock with minor procedures in the office. She is an excellent resource on plastic surgery procedures and assists our patients everyday with their questions. Outside of the office, Cynde enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her family and friends. She also attends college and is preparing to become a Registered Nurse.

Debbie Watts, Patient Coordinator

 When checking out, most of our patients meet a wonderful lady, Debbie Watts. Debbie schedules all our surgeries, coordinates with the surgery center, assists with fianancing, and manages patients with all their pre surgery needs. She is a soft spoken, beautiful woman whom we are proud to have on board. Debbie has extensive experience within front office operations. Outside of the office, Debbie is married to Dale. They are expecting a baby boy this summer.

Lalie Rogers, Aesthetician

 Lalie is one of our Reflexion Medical Spa medical aestheticians. She received her training at Clary Sage in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Lalie is energetic, beautiful, and a great addition to the staff at Whitlock's. She handles all of the skin care portion of the practice and is knowledable in all aspects of plastic surgery as well. On occasion, she can be found assisting Dr. Whitlock with clinic, answering phones, and helping with patient's after surgery needs. She is a multitasker in every area! Outside of the office, Lalie enjoys shopping, fine dining, and travel. She is the mother of three girls, and one boy.

Rikki Perry, Registered Nurse

|
Rikki Perry, assistant manager of Reflexion Med Spa, is a registered nurse with over 5 years of women's health experience. She is a member of several national nursing organizations including the Association of Plastic Surgery Nurses and the National Association of Women's Health. She is certified in CPR, heart monitoring, breast feeding education, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Rikki is an advocate for nursing continuing education programs and is frequently seeking to learn more about the latest and greatest med spa treatments.
Personally, Rikki is happily married for almost 15 years and loves spending quallity time at the lake with her two sons.

Tami Thompson, Marketing Director

Tami Thompson joins us as the marketing director for our ever expanding medical practice. She has an extensive background in both internal and external marketing with experience in medical offices. Tami's enthusiam for her career helps make the experience in our office a memborable one. We encourage all of our patients to participate in helping us help you! We take feedback from what matters most to us- a successful, fulfilling experience from start to finish! Outside of the office, Tami enjoys weekends at the lake and spending time with family and friends. She is married to George, and has two beautiful kids, Alyssa and Garrett.
